At The Stencil Tailor, all of our products are custom-made and cut to order based on the details, text, or artwork provided by the customer. Because of the personalised nature of our products, please read the following carefully.

Custom-Made Items

All stencils are produced specifically for each order. As such:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once design and production have started.
• Refunds or returns are not accepted for custom-made items where design and production have begun.
• The design and production process typically begins shortly after an order is placed.

Errors or Defects

If there is an issue caused by us, such as:

• A cutting error
• An incorrect size
• A defect in the finished stencil

Please get in touch via the 'Contact Us' form on our website within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

In these cases:

• We will offer a replacement first at no additional cost.
• A refund will only be considered if a replacement is not suitable or cannot reasonably be provided.

Customer-Provided Information

We are not responsible for errors resulting from:

• Incorrect spelling or wording supplied by the customer
• Incorrect or low-quality artwork provided by the customer
• Details submitted incorrectly at checkout
