Customers praised these custom reusable mylar stencils for "great quality" and precise cutting. Most found them "exactly as described" and perfect for painting, crafting, and cake decoration. Communication was "excellent" with helpful customization support. However, two shoppers noted delayed dispatch and one experienced font sizing issues.

This item came to me a a timely manner. My mistake was in trusting this vendor to know stencils. I want to return this stencil because the font is so small that not all of the characteristics of the the font accept paint or pen... In other words, the stencil is awful. I'd like to send a picture of what this stencil produces. I am beyond upset and disappointment.
It was great! Daniel gave me good suggestions about my order and i really appreciate them!. My stencil is perfect like i wanted! Really thank you
Excellent first class service ! Highly recommend

Just what I needed to complete my project
Item quality is fantastic and superb customer service - highly recommend
I absolutely love the stencil. I highly recommend I will be buying again.
Hi, I ordered this with the delivery date 10-13th. I chase it up when it didn’t arrive on the 13th. It was suppose to be delivered on 13th and it arrived on the 17th just before 3pm!! Too late for what I needed it for. I showed them my party was gone and didn’t arrive on time.
And now instead of a refund the supplier is asking for me to do a case with Etsy!!! So looking like I’m never getting my money back!!! Please don’t buy from them!!
Pleased with the stencil, done the job nicely.
Lovely Stencil Thankyou.
Only thing I would recommend changing is that the sizing of your stencils is made a little clearer.
When I ordered I wasn't sure if the sizes offered where relevant to the length of the complete stencil or height or if it was the size of the complete stencil. It was quite unclear, hence the stencil I ordered was too big for what I needed it for, so had to cut it, which made it quite flimsy and very tricky to use.
Great customer service though, Thankyou.
Amazing service, super communicative during the order process and incredibly helpful! Will be coming back again....and again!
Seller very responsive and accommodating to changes to get it just right!
Stencil was exactly what I hoped for! Worked out well used on fabric
Excellent product just the job
Great service and great stencils. I have already ordered more!
